3. Make sure to reward yourself every day you are habit free. A sense of accomplishment can go really far.

No matter how far you still have to go to kick your habit remember that it can be done if you want it to. Everybody has something they want to make better about themselves just not everybody does it―you can be the exception.

Do not feel bad if you start chewing again it takes some people many attempts no matter what they are addicted to so if you use just tell yourself it happens and like they say get back on the old horse again.
